After finishing his studies in economics Markus Walchshofer received his doctorate in the field of option strategies. He started his career as a portfolio manager, analyst and trader for corporate bonds at one of the largest German fund companies. Later he moved to a DAX company as executive assistant to the CEO and CFO where he was mainly entrusted with M&A as well as the structuring and issuing of debt capital. Dr. Walchshofer has made a name as a thought leader and publicist in the field of creditor relations and debt capitalization and disposes of a comprehensive network of decision makers. Together with DIRK – German Investor Relations Association he organizes the Creditor Relations Conference and supervises a study program at the Frankfurt School of Finance.

Christoph Klein, CFA, CEFA, CSIP is founder and managing partner of ESG Portfolio Management GmbH, a multiple award-winning provider of sustainable fixed income funds. In cooperation with DebtBay he advises issuers of debt capital on the conception and efficient issuance of green debt instruments. Christoph Klein was portfolio strategist, Head ESG Credit and Managing Director at Deutsche Asset Management (Deutsche Bank) for 20 years. His multiple specialist publications mainly deal with the topics of fixed income and ESG. Christoph Klein is a lecturer at Moody’s Analytics and a member of the Sustainable Investment Commission of DVFA.
